The No Registered Devices condition indicates any user that does not have at least 1 registered device in any endpoint security control managed by Prelude SCM. Prelude SCM expects at least 1 device for every active user, this error condition indicates a user is potentially using an unmanaged device. It can also indicate accounting issues where an IT user or other Admin has been incorrectly been assigned primary ownership of multiple devices.
Remediation
Microsoft InTune - Navigate to all Devices, select a device, manage and then properties. Click Change Primary User to assign the device to its actual user.
