      Connecting Tenable

      To connect Tenable to Prelude you will need:

      • Access Key
      • Secret Key

      To get Access Key and Secret Key:

      1. Log in to Tenable.io

      2. In the upper right corner, click your user icon > My Account

      3. Navigate to the API Keys tab

      4. Click Generate to create a new Access Key and Secret Key

          • The Secret Key will only be shown once — copy and store it securely!

      5. Use these in your integration or API script

      📌 Permissions: Your user must have appropriate permissions (like Administrator or Scanner role) to generate keys.

      To connect Tenable within Prelude:

      • Access the Prelude SCM Integration page here
      • Click add integration
      • Select Tenable
      • Name the integration
      • Input Credentials from previous step
      • Click connect
