Prelude includes four permissions/roles for detect operators:
- Administrator - Full access to all capabilities.
- Build - Read access to the executive dashboard. Read/write access to all Build actions in the CLI.
- Executive - Read access to the executive dashboard.
- Service - The most limited account: only registration of new endpoints is allowed.
New users are granted access to Detect by selecting "Account settings" from the user handle drop down. Next select 'account users' and finally 'invite users'.
Provide the necessary contact information for the new user. Valid email address is required for user verification. SSO via OpenID is available for commercial users of Detect.
The new user account needs to be 'verified' within 24 hours, it will show a state of 'Expiring soon' until the user verification process is complete.
